- The candidate must have a law degree (LLB) from a recognized university and must be enrolled as an advocate with any Bar Council in India.
- Candidates must have been practicing as an Advocate for not less than 7 years as of the last date of application submission.

Here’s The Age Limits As On 01 January 2024
- Minimum Age : 35 Years
- Maximum Age : 45 Years
- High Court of Delhi provides age relaxation for the Delhi Higher Judicial Service (HJS) position as per their regulations.
